At CountryMoos, we want you to love your rustic fashion; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; keep your tracking receipt so we can monitor your return's journey to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
